Working Experience
Mr Gan Chih Soon started his career in 1997 as a Project Engineer in Vickers Hoskins (M) Sdn Bhd ("Vickers Hoskins"), a boiler manufacturing company. Upon his promotion to Senior Engineer, he led teams to manage the installation and commissioning of boilers in countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, Myanmar and Venezuela. He was later promoted to Project Manager where he was responsible for the overall project management, material procurement and site execution and commissioning of boilers within the biomass industry.

He left Vickers Hoskins in 2005 and joined Boilermech Group as the Operations Manager. He was promoted to General Manager in 2012 and subsequently appointed as Executive Director of Boilermech Sdn Bhd, a wholly- owned subsidiary of the Company in June 2014. He is currently responsible for the sales and marketing, project management, production, material procurement and inventory control of Boilermech Group.

He also holds directorship in PT Boilermech, another of the Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, which is based in Indonesia.
