Mr Lee has many years of audit and consultancy experience with two international accounting firms, Coopers & Lybrand and KPMG. He is also a co-opted member of the Financial Statement Review Committee of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr Lee was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of AMDB Berhad on 30 July 2007. He is also the Managing Director of Mezzanine Capital (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of AmcorpGroup Berhad (AMCORP) and heads the Direct Investments and Property Division of AMCORP.
