Dr Zaha Rina is currently the Senior Vice President of Coutts Bank, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in Singapore. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial, commodities, securities industry and the development of the Malaysian Capital Market and previous board appointments at the Commodity and Monetary Exchange of Malaysia ("COMMEX") from 1993 to 1996. She was then appointed as the Chief Operating Officer ("COO") of Kuala Lumpur Options and Financial Futures Exchange ("KLOFFE"). Dr Zaha Rina was instrumental in the merger of COMMEX and KLOFFE which led to the creation of Malaysia Derivatives Exchange ("MDEX") and her subsequent appointment as COO of MDEX in June 2001. Dr Zaha Rina was then appointed Head, Exchanges, managing the operations of Bursa Malaysia, MESDAQ, MDEX and Labuan International Financial Exchanges in September 2003. Subsequently, she joined RHB Securities Sdn Bhd as the Chief Executive Officer from August 2004 to August 2006.
