Working Experience
Mr Yeo Took Keat, has been the Group Chief Operating Officer of MAA Holdings Berhad since 1 May 2002. He was the Senior Vice President - Finance & Admin in Malaysian Assurance Alliance Berhad between 1986 - 2002. Prior to joining Malaysian Assurance Alliance Berhad, Mr Yeo Took Keat was the Internal Audit Manager in Supreme QBE Insurance Bhd. He has vast experience in accounting and finance having served various capacities in insurance companies and audit firm upon completing his studies in 1980. Besides , He is also an Executive Committee member of the Federation of Public Listed Companies Berhad and has contributed to the Working Groups on accounting standards led by the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board.

Mr Yeo Took Keat is also the Joint Company Secretary of MAA Holdings Berhad and Malaysian Assurance Alliance Berhad.
