Ar Kiandee founded his architectural practice in 1989. He has been instrumental and directly involved in the design, project management and completion of a number of landmark public and private development projects in Malaysia with a combined gross development value in excess of RM1 billion. An entrepreneur by nature, his vision and leadership skills has enabled him to also establish several successful companies, involving the property development and oil and gas industries. Over the years, he has spearheaded the development and management of numerous projects which include, among others, a 200 beds medical centre and several residential and commercial development properties.
