Mr Bagattini has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of South Africa and has also completed
various business studies at Stanford University USA and Oxford in the UK.

Mr Bagattini previously worked for SABMiller where he was the Regional Managing Director for Eastern Europe.
Prior to that, he has held senior general management positions in South Africa and the USA as well as being the
country Managing Director of SABMiller in India, China and Italy.

Mr Bagattini joined the Carlsberg Group in July 2009 and was the Senior Vice-President, Asia for Carlsberg
A/S and Carlsberg Breweries A/S serving the Carlsberg Asia region, based in Hong Kong.
