She holds a Professional Degree in Accountancy. She is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

She has more than 27 years of experience in the finance, accounting, tax, treasury fields, marketing, business development and shopping complex operations. Prior to joining Berjaya Times Square Sdn Bhd ("BTSSB"), she was attached to PricewaterhouseCoopers for two years and subsequent to that, she has worked in Hong Leong Group of Companies for four years as an Assistant Accountant and subsequently promoted to Accountant. She joined BTSSB in 1994 as a Finance Manager and heads the Finance and Admin Department. She was responsible for the overall finance, accounting, tax, treasury and general administration function of BTSSB. She was promoted as Senior Finance Manager in year 2000, Deputy General Manager-Finance in 2004, General Manager-Finance in 2006 and Senior General Manager in 2009. Currently, she is an Executive Director of BTSSB and overseas the operations of Berjaya Times Square Group.
