YBhg Dato' Yau Kok Seng has over 25 years of experience in auditing, corporate finance and general management in which he has held various positions including senior management positions in various companies in the Sunway Group. He joined Sunway Group as Head of Corporate Finance in 1992 and was subsequently promoted as Group Finance Director in 1995. In April 2001, he was promoted as Managing Director of Sunway Holdings Berhad. Prior to joining the Sunway Group, he was with Ernst & Young from 1980 - 1992.
