Mr Liew Foong Yuen ("Mr Liew") is an Executive Director of ZICO Holdings Inc, a company listed on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange. He is primarily responsible for the overall management of the Advisory and Transactional Services Segment of the Group comprising capital markets and financial advisory, external asset and fund management, corporate secretarial and share registry.

He is a lawyer by training, having qualified to practice in England and Wales, and in Malaysia. 

Mr Liew began his career in London before joining Zaid Ibrahim & Co. in Kuala Lumpur. He subsequently setup and managed the firm's office in Singapore, kicking-off the firm's regional expansion in year 2003. 

His main area of practice was commercial law, focusing primarily on advising corporates and financial institutions on company and securities laws, in both transactional and regulatory matters. 

After being practice for 19 years, Mr Liew took on a management role and was part of the management team that restructured the businesses of the firm into ZICO Holdings Inc., and on its successful listing on the Singapore Exchange in year 2014.
