Working Experience
He joined the Lafarge Group in 1985, taking over the responsibility for strategy and development at the Bioactivities Unit. Between 1987 and 1992, he acted as Chief Operating Officer for the Seeds Unit, initially in the United States, then in France, and managed the Glumates business from 1992 to 1994. In 1995, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Aluminates & Admixtures Unit (no longer part of the Lafarge Group).
In 1998, he was appointed Executive Vice-President Organization and Human Resources and joined the Executive Committee. He has been Executive Vice-President Gypsum since September 1, 2007, and is still a member of the Executive Committee. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ēcole des mines de Nantes.
