Mr Gan Kuok Chyuan has experience in the development of 5 projects with a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately RM2.5 billion. He has also led and managed projects of which 3 projects were completed ahead of schedule. Mr Gan Kuok Chyuan  also has the experience of developing and implementing plans for the Business Continuity Plan, operational systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth as well as ensuring financial integrity through review of financial statements, monthly budgets, forecasting cash flows and sales & collection reports. Mr Gan Kuok Chyuan has also raised required fundings at appropriate valuations to meet sales, growth and market share objectives in the property development industry.
