Working Experience
Encik Faisal started his career in 1983 with Touche Ross & Co, London (now Deloitte Touche & Tohmatsu) where he articled for 4 years and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He returned to Malaysia to work in Hanafiah Raslan & Mohammad for 2 years before joining Peremba at the invitation of Peremba’s Chairman. Encik Faisal is also a licensed Investment Representative and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. Encik Faisal joined Khazanah from BinaFikir where he was an Executive Director for a year and half. Prior to BinaFikir, Encik Faisal was an Executive Director in Landmarks Berhad, which is listed on Bursa Malaysia under hotels. In Encik Faisal’s 14 year career in Landmarks group, Encik Faisal accumulated significant experience in hotels, property investment, property development, IPP, healthcare and some experience in banking.
