Working Experience
Datuk Idris bin Abdullah @ Das Murthy ("Datuk Idris") began his career with Ting and Company Advocates in Sibu, Sarawak as a resident lawyer in 1981 and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Malaya in Sabah and Sarawak in 1982. Datuk Idirs served as an in-house Legal Advisor of Sarawakian Group of Companies from 1982 to 1985. He was a Commission Member of the Companies Commission of Malaysia from 2007 to 2014. He was also a Commission Member of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission from 2011 to 2015. Datuk Idris has been with  Messrs. Idris & Company Advocates, Kuching, Sarawak since 1985 and is currently its Senior Partner. He is also a member of the Investment Panel of Social Security Organisation ("PERKESO") appointed on 21 August 2017.
