Mr Tan Beng Chai is currently the Group Company Secretary of the Company and its associated company, Woventex Corporation Berhad. He has more than 20 years of experience in the field of company secretarial and legal services, accounting, corporate finance and general management and administration. He sits on the Board of several subsidiary companies of the Company dealing in manufacturing, trading, property development and investment, and management services. In addition, he also sits on the Board of several subsidiary companies of Woventex Corporation Berhad.
