Bhd., a joint venture between Boustead Bhd subsidiaries and Kuala Lumpur-Kepong Bhd, from July 1986 to March 2000. He has been a director of HRU Sdn. Bhd. from 1984 to 1986, an independent non-executive director and a member of audit committee of Kim Loong Resources Berhad from 21st July 2000 to 30th April, 2001 and a plantation director of IOI Corporation Berhad from 2nd May, 2001 to 30th April, 2003. He has been involved in agronomy, nutritional studies and management of oil palm, cocoa and coconut plantations, research management and administration.
