She started her career as Assistant Secretary at the Ministry of National Unity And Society Development in 1996. She was then the Assistant Secretary at the Selangor State Secretariat before transferred to Petaling District And Land Office, Selangor as the Assistant District Officer in 1998. She was then promoted as Assistant Secretary, State Legislative Assembly Division, Selangor State Secretariat in 2004. In 2006 she assumed the post of the Principal Assistant District Officer (Development), Klang District And Land Office, Selangor.

She also held the position of Principal Assistant Secretary, Selangor State Secretariat before promoted as the Chief Assistant District Officer (Land), Klang District And Land Office, Selangor in 2008. She also have the experience working with Selangor Lands And Mines Office in 2011 before appointed as the Director of Penang Lands And Mines Office in April 2016. She assumed the post of the Penang State Financial Officer on 14 October 2016.
