She was an auditor with Grant Thornton and Kingston Smith in United Kingdom, partner of her own practice GEP Associates since 1984. The firm is an associate of an International Organization called AGN International with its headquarters in the United Kingdom and with 465 offices worldwide. Esther became its first lady Chairman (2008 and 2009).

Esther is an auditor of various companies with activities ranging from manufacturing, associations, trading, constructions and developers, trusts, subsidiaries of multinationals etc and is well exposed to the requirements of regulatory bodies as well as Public Listed Companies (“PLC”) compliance matters. She conducted several due diligence and fund raising exercises as Reporting Accountant for clients with Merchant Bankers. She was previously an auditor of several PLCs and sat in for quarterly reporting meetings, audit committees and Board of Directors Meetings.

She is also a Tax Director of GEP Associates, was finance Director of a manufacturing Company before setting up the practice and managing the AGN Asia Pacific region as one of the four (4) Directors.
