Ms. Chuah Sue Yin ("Ms. Chuah") professional qualification is as follows:-

- Fellow Member of Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (since 1997)
- Chartered Accountant from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (since 1999)
-Associate Member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (since 2007)
-Holder of several licences in Malaysia:
  - Registered Auditor approved by Ministry of Finance
  - Registered Auditor of Public Interest Entities under Securities Commission Act 1993
  - Registered Auditor of Co-operative Societies under Section 61(1) of the Co Operatives Societies Act 1993
  - Licensed tax agent approved by Ministry of Finance
  - Licensed GST agent approved by Ministry of Finance

Ms. Chuah is responsible for a team of 70 and she oversees the finance and operations of the Group as well as ensuring the Group meets the professional standards whilst delivering quality services to clients.
She has over 25 years of working experience in areas of financial accounting and reporting, internal and external audits, tax and due diligence.

2. Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd
Ms. Chuah is the Chairman of Risk Management & Compliance Committee and members of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee since May 2016.

3.Triumphal Associates Berhad
Ms. Chuah was the Chairman for the Audit Committee and members of both the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee from February 2005 to June 2014.

4. Idimension Consolidated Berhad
Ms. Chuah was the Chairman for the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee from February 2011 to November 2013.

5. Ms. Chuah was the Director of Paul Chuah Tax Services KL Sdn Bhd and Paul Chuah Management Services Sdn Bhd from April 2004 to 2007.
