Pauline Lim is Head of Investment and Asset Management function within Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Limited ("FCAM"). She is responsible for the management of the listed vehicle's portfolio of retail assets in Singapore.

Pauline brings with her over 20 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining FCAM, she spent six years with PGIM (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("PGIM") where she was the Executive Director responsible for the portfolio management of AsiaRetail Fund Limited and another private equity co-investment which together own several malls in Singapore and Malaysia. She was also the co-chair of the PGIM Inclusion and Leadership Network in Asia Pacific. Before PGIM, Pauline was Vice-President, Investment Management of GIC Real Estate ("GIC RE"), where she was responsible for investment and asset management in the office, retail and residential sectors in various Asia Pacific markets, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. She also supported GIC RE senior management in global portfolio reporting, asset strategy and planning.

Pauline spent the initial years of her career in real estate with Development Bank of Singapore corporate strategy office and Jones Lang LaSalle ("JLL") corporate solutions. Having gained recognition for her work in Singapore, she relocated to Hong Kong to help set up and run the JLL Workplace Solutions Planning and Leasing team.
