Mr Andrew John Barber started his career in British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Her Britannic Majesty's Diplomatic Service). During his 20-year employment with the Foreign Service, Mr Andrew Barber focused on security affairs in particularly, South and South East Asia and African affairs, alongside considerable counter-terrorist related activity.  In addition, a secondment to the British Cabinet Office resulted in a period spent working on high-level analysis and policy work, as well as acting as the nexus for international terrorist incidents. In addition, he joined International Federation of Spirit Producers as the regional director in 2011 and was appointed as Managing Director on 2015 until 2018.  

Currently, Mr Andrew Barber is the managing director and proprietor of Andrew Barber & Associates Sdn Bhd as well as the executive chairman and co-proprietor of Barber-Mullan & Associates Sdn Bhd.
