Mr. Philip obtain Diploma In Law from RIMA College Kuala Lumpur, Diploma Of Higher Education (Law) and Bachelor Of Laws (Second Class Honours) at University Of Wolverhampton. He received his Certificate In Legal Practice (CLP)from Universiti Malaya in 1997 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in May 1998.

Mr Philip was a Legal Assistant for Messrs Paul Ang & Co.from 1998 to 1999. He later became Legal Assistant for Messrs KL Lim & Lee.

Mr Philip became a Partner with Messrs Siva Kiru Philip & Assoc. in May 2001 where he was to be an independent Counsel in handling the Civil Litigation Department in particular suits pertaining to Accident Claims (Runner matters), Civil Litigation, Family Law matters and in general all other civil litigation

In 7th May 2004, he form a Sole Proprietor (Messrs Philip Anthony & Co.).He have been practicing in the field of Company matters, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Accident matters & Conveyancing matters.
