Mr. Vincent joined Shin Yang Shipyard Sdn Bhd, Shin Yang Shipping Corporation Berhad's wholly owned subsidiary in 2007 as Operation Manager and was appointed as Director of Shin Yang Shipyard Sdn Bhd in March 2010. Mr. Vincent Ling oversees the day-to day operations of our shipbuilding and ship repair & metal fabrication operations and actively implementing continual improvements to our shipbuilding and ship repair & metal fabrication operations. He is also gradually overseeing the international, coastal, domestic and container shipping within the Group and will gradually contribute to the strategy planning and evaluation to the overall shipping sector.

Mr. Vincent Ling is the son of Mr. Ling Chiong Pin, the Substantial Shareholder and Executive Director of Shin Yang Shipping Corporation Berhad. He is also the nephew of Tan Sri Datuk Ling Chiong Ho, the Non- Executive Chairman, Ling Chiong Sing, the Group Managing Director, Ling Chiong Sieng, Executive Director and Ling Siu Chuo, the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, and the Substantial Shareholders of Shin Yang Shipping Corporation Berhad.
