Mr Chan Cha Lin ("Mr Chan") is an Executive Director of Annhow Holdings Sdn Bhd, overseeing its financial assets portfolios and businesses. His key functions are fund investments, financial reporting and controlling the private companies managed by him. He has an in-depth knowledge of managing a latex medical products manufacturing business.  He also has extensive experience in corporate finance, investment, accounting and property development.

Mr Chan started his career as a research analyst in the research department of a property valuation firm in 1985.  Mr Chan held various managerial positions in local established project management companies and a family-owned investment holding company during the period of 1991 to 2011. He subsequently started his own property development project in 2015. 
 
Mr Chan is also the director of Yayasan Chan Fong Ann, a philanthropic fund named after his father, which aims to provide aid to less fortunate communities in Johor. Thus far, the fund has provided much needed food and supplies to communities during the COVID19 pandemic.

Mr Chan holds 20,321,600 ordinary shares or 0.369% (direct interest) and 121,730,700 ordinary shares or 2.211% (indirect interest) in the Company. 

The indirect interest is deemed interested by virtue of his interest in Annhow Holdings Sdn Bhd under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016 (the Act) and also interest in share of his spouse, Cheah Yoke Sim under Section 59(11)(c) of the Act.
