Ms Park Jae Sun ("Ms Park") is  a qualified and licensed lawyer in New York State as well as South Korea. She acquired her LLB from Yonsei University in 1998 and obtained her LLM degree in International Commercial Law from the Law School of Queen Mary, University of London in 2009 and LLM Degree in Business Law at the Law School of UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) in 2011. 

Ms Park joined Lotte Chemical Corporation as legal counsel in 2012 and assumed her role as General Counsel of the Legal Affairs team in 2015. She has been involved in Mergers and Acquisitions, litigation and providing compliance and legal advice to Lotte Chemical Corporation. Prior to that, she was an in-house legal counsel for a United States global finance company, AIG Korea from 2009 to 2010 and had also gained legal experience in a government agency, Press Arbitration Commission from 2004 to 2007.
