She is the Director of Corporate and Investments of Goldis Berhad. She is the Chairman of Master Games International, Deputy Chairman of the Konzen Group, Managing Director of Home Nursing Providers and a Director of The Bean Hive. She is an Alternate Director to Tan Lei Cheng on the Board of Tan & Tan Developments Berhad.

She was previously an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman, specialising in financial services and risk  management consulting, having worked with major financial institutions in the United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia. She is a member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO) and Family Business Network (FBN).

4)	a cousin of Daniel Yong Chen-I, a director of Goldis Berhad; and
5)	a niece of Tony Tan @ Choon Keat and Pauline Tan Suat Ming, who are major shareholders of Goldis Berhad.
