Mr. Har Soon Thim is a holder of Honour Bachelor Degree in Finance & Account from Central State University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA.

Mr. Har Soon Thim was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of CENMAL COMMERCIAL Sdn Bhd (a private Company wholly owned by  Tan Sri Lee Kim Tiong @ Lee Kim Yew) and all its subsidiaries in early 2015.

Prior to joining the private arm, Mr. Har Soon Thim was the Senior Vice President of Ireka Corporation Bhd, a Contractor cum Developer of I-zen brand lifestyle and wellness-related properties. He spearheaded Irekas flagship development in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, with a Mixed Residential & Commercial Development for 8 years. Subsequently, was posted to Vietnam for 9 years to assist & manage a new Aseana Properties Real Estate, an AIMS listed USD270 million funds (London) for Properties development in Saigon on several Residences Development & Mixed Healthcare Hub Projects. 

In the earlier years, Mr. Har Soon Thim was appointed as the General Manager, Property Development Company call Green Water Rock Sdn Bhd, owned by Tan Sri Lee Kim Tiong @ Lee Kim Yew that involved with the Mines Resort City Master Development, like Mines Shopping Fair, Mines Business Park, Wellness Hotel, Mines  MICC, Wonderland Theme Park, Palace of the Golden Horses Hotel, Sapura Hq Building. 

He has more than 35 years of hands-on working experience gained through various segments in the property development in the regional countries.

His expertise covers healthcare & hospitability facilities, lifestyle residential, commercial and industrial development projects as a developer, a consultant and also as a turnkey contractor. 

Currently, he is spread heading all the CENMALs lands into a viable and high value property development for the next 5 to 7 years. Namely project on going at the MRC like Golden Horses Residence Serviced Suite, Venice Avenue Mall, Wellness Suites, Mines 2 (Retails), Kajang Commercial Hub. Up-coming development is the Kajang Mixed Commercial & Residence Development, The 600 acres Township in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor for the next 10 years.
