Prior to Exel, he spent 17 years with Singapore Airlines in senior positions in Hong Kong, the USA, Japan, the UK and Singapore.

Mr Lee is the Chairman of Jurong Port Pte Ltd and serves on other boards such as Tiger Airways Holdings Ltd, JTC Corporation and Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd.
