Mr Chew Kwee San is the Executive Director of The Tecity Group of companies since 1996. The Tecity Group is a privately-held investment group founded by the late banker and philanthropist, Tan Sri Dr Tan Chin Tuan. The Group currently manages an active global investment portfolio.

As the Executive Director of the Tecity Group, Mr Chew helms the responsibility for its treasury functions and oversees its investment operations.

Mr Chew is the Honourary Secretary and Council Member of The Tan Chin Tuan Foundation in Singapore and Council Member of the Tan Sri Tan Foundation in Malaysia. In addition he is a Director, Treasurer and Executive Committee Member of the Young Men's Christian Association, member of the Heritage Industry Incentive Program (Hi2P) Approval Committee of the National Heritage Board of Singapore, member of Audit and Investment Committee of the Boy's Brigade in Singapore.

He is a director and member of Audit Committee of FJ Benjamin Holdings Limited, a public listed company on Singapore Stock Exchange. He is also a director of Raffles Investment Limited, a public company in Singapore.

Mr Chew Kwee San's sister is Ms Chew Gek Khim, the Chairman of the Straits Trading Company Limited (STC) and his mother is Dr Tan Kheng Lian, a substantial shareholder of STC which in turns owns 73.12% of the Company.

Mr Chew is the Executive Director of Tecity Group of companies which have substantial shareholdings in STC which in turn owns 73.12% of the Company.
