The late Tuan Haji Mohamed Bin Ismail was the State Director of Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang from 1978 to 1989. He later became the Director General of Lembaga Tembakau Negara ("LTN") from 1990 to 2000 and was the Chairman of LTN from 2001 to 2002. He was appointed to the Board of MKH Berhad on 18 March 2004 as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director and was re-designated to Independent Non-Executive Director on 31 March 2010.
