Working Experience
Mr Richard J. Freudenstein is a media executive with extensive experience in Australian and international markets. He was the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of FOXTEL from 2011 to April 2016 and prior to that, he was the CEO of News Digital Media (the digital division of News Limited) and The Australian newspaper. Mr Freudenstein returned to Australia in August 2006 after seven years at British Sky Broadcasting, the last six as Chief Operating Officer.

He is a non-executive director of REA Group Ltd, a digital media company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange Ltd and he is formerly a director of Ten Network Holdings Ltd, one of the Australia's leading television companies, amongst others.
