Working Experience
Started his career with the Sabah State Civil Service in 1980 serving in various positions with the State Economic Planning Unit, the State Ministry of Communication and Works and the State Ministry of Finance. In 1983, he was made the Secretary General of the Sabah Bumiputra Chamber of Commerce (SBCC), a position which he held for 5 years. He was then attached to the Financial Review Section of the State Ministry of Finance from 1989 to 1994. In 1995 he joined the Sabah Chief Minister's Department as Senior Confidential Secretary of the Chief Minister of Sabah.
He is currently the Executive Director of SURIA, Managing Director of SURIA's subsidiary company, Sabah Ports Sdn Bhd, director of Sedcovest Holdings Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of SEDCO) and Sendirama Sdn Bhd.
