Mr Wee Hoe Soon @ Gooi Hoe Soon has more than 20 years experience in the field of accounting and corporate finance and was Finance Director of several private and public listed companies on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. He has been instrumental in the successful implementation of several corporate exercises, which include merger and acquisition and corporate debt restructuring exercises undertaken by public listed companies.
