Working Experience
Started his career in 1973 as an Agricultural Assistant with the Department of Agriculture, Pahang. From 1979 till 1980 he was an Administrative Officer with Pahang State Development Corporation and from 1980 to 1983 he was Senior Investment Officer with the Malaysian Industrial Estates Sdn. Bhd. From 1983 to 1991 he was the General Manager of Fraser's Hill Development Corporation and from 1991 to 1995 he was the Operations Manager of Kelanamas Industries Berhad. From 1995 to 1998 he was the General Manager / Director of CS Hipta (M) Sdn. Bhd. and from 2001 to 2003 he was the General Manager / Chief Financial Officer of Rira Bina Sdn. Bhd. From 2004 till the present En. Ab. Rahim is a Director of Major Element (M) Sdn. Bhd.
He has more than 30 years of management experience in various industries ranging from agriculture, manufacturing, property development, finance and management consultancy.
