He has more than 40 years of experience in the poultry sector, particularly in layer farming. He participated actively in the development of the layer industry and was previously appointed as the Chairman of the Sub-Committee of Layer Division of the Selangor Livestock Farmers' Association. Currently, he is a Committee Member of Layer Division of the Selangor Livestock Farmers' Association. He also sits on the Board of several private limited companies.
