1. Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia in 1982 majoring in Accounting, Finance and Information System.
2. In 1991, he obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of London (External Degree).

Mr Lee has more than twelve (12) years of experience in the marketing of financial services and credit control operations in the finance industry during his employment with OCBC Finance Bhd and Asia Commercial Finance Bhd. He was the Branch Manager at Asia Commercial Finance (M) Bhd in early 1996 before he was promoted as the Personal Assistant to the Group Executive Director of the Lion Group, entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the manufacturing, trading and financial services under the Group’s operation.
