Mr Cheah Hannon is currently the director of corporate affairs of PRG Holdings Berhad. He advised the board the proposed listing on subsidiary on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 
His working experience and occupation includes the following: -

1.    Corporate Finance, Director of Amanie Corporate Advisors Sdn.  Bhd.  Sept 2012 to January 2016. He was co-founder and part owner of the licensed corporate advisory company                                                                                                              
2.    Private Equity, Executive Vice President of WG Capital Sdn.  Bhd. Oct 2009 to Sept 2012. He was co-founder and part owner of the private equity company.                                 
3.    He built strong base of Institutional clients both in Malaysia and Singapore through referrals and prospective during his tenure at 
a.	Institutional Sales, Associate Director of AMBank Securities Sdn. Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Feb 2008 to Sept 2009, 
b.	Institutional Sales, Associate Director of RHB Securities Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Aug 2004 to Jan 2008, 
c.	Institutional Sales, Associated Director of UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, Singapore. Dec 1999 to July 2004
4.   Conducted field visits extensively on companies listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange particularly in the technology, automotive, media, building material and infrastructure sectors during his tenure as 
a.	Equity Investment Analyst of Thong and Kay Hian Securities, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia since May 1997 to Nov 1999 and 
b.	Equity Investment Analyst of Lippo Securities, Hong Kong in Jan 1996 to Mar 1997.
