Mr. Lee Kien Fatt started his career with an articleship with KPMG in 1987 before joining Group Associated (C&L) Sdn Bhd as Finance Manager from 1992 to 1994.

After a stint with Ng Tiong Seng Corporation Berhad, he joined United Straits Amalgamated Berhad as Group Financial Controller in 1997.

Subsequently, he was appointed as Consultant cum Executive Director of RNC Corporation Berhad in 1999. Mr Lee then left to join as Consultant cum Non-Executive Director of LBI Capital Berhad in 2003. He also served as a Non-Executive Director of Tenggara Oil Berhad from 2007 to 2008. 

Mr Lee is presently on the Board of Key Alliance Group Berhad and Fattco Holdings Sdn Bhd.
