Mr Lim Ghim Chai is active in the Finance and Accounting field for more than 18 years.  He has experience in Corporate Tax Planning, Company Business Planning, Accounting System Set-Up and etc. He serves as a  Managing Director and Executive Director for a few companies in the business of Interior Design, Property Development, Investment Holdings, Motorbike Assembly and Recycling. 

In his career life, he was previously employed as a Financial Accountant of Acer Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd from year 2000 to 2001, a Financial Analyst of Agilent Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd in year 2001 and as an Accountant of Lorry Commercial Logistic Sdn Bhd in year 2002. Mr Lim was a Partner of a professional firm providing services of taxation, business planning consultancy, accounting and company secretarial fields during year 2003 to 2006.

Mr Lim has been an Independent and Non Executive Director of AsiaEP Resources Berhad since 11 April 2008 and Atta Global Group Berhad (formerly known as SMPC Corporation Bhd.) since 29 June 2015. He is also an Executive Director of Heng Huat Resources Group Berhad since 28 May 2012.
