She started her career in 1972 with Yung Shin Pharmaceutical Industries Co. Ltd [YSP(TW)] as Administrator of Account Section and she also involved in set up the company management regulation and SOP. She was promoted as Manager to responsible in oversea business included Southeast asia market research and development. She was later promoted to the position of Vice President in year 1988 assisting the President in management operation, at the same year she was elected as Committee Member of Taiwan Pharmaceutical Manufacturer's Association. In year 2000, she was transferred to in-charge of an investment company of YSP(TW), a company dealing with Plasma Product Business - "Biotrust International Cooperation Co. Ltd" as President. Currently she is appointed as Director of YSP(TW) and Biotrust International Cooperation Co. Ltd.
