Experience. 1983-2013 

1983: Mr. Khor Yew Chye ("KYC") joined Sime Lease (M) Sdn Bhd as Manager looking after the business of Hire Purchase for both industrial equipment and motor vehicles. 

1997: KYC was appointed Managing Director of Sime Lease (M) Sdn Bhd and Sime Credit (M) Sdn Bhd.

2003-2007: KYC also managed Hertz Car Rental

2007: The companies were sold to BMW GMBH. Under the BMW restructuring, KYC was repositioned as Executive Director overseeing the Industrial Hire Purchase business of BMW Credit Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

2009: KYC retired and was requested to take up an Advisory contract with BMW.

2011: Spurred by the success of the Malaysian business module KYC was tasked to set up the Singapore office of BMW Finance Singapore catering for financing of Industrial and motor vehicle business.

2013: KYC's contract with BMW ended.
