He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Malaysia, a Chartered Engineer with the Council of Engineering Institute, United Kingdom, a fellow of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia as well as a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, United Kingdom.
Working Experience
He retired from the government service in 2004 after serving for more than 31 years. His last position with the Government was as the Deputy Director-General of The Public Works Department, Malaysia. At present, he is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban Sdn Bhd and Insitu Envirotech (M) Sdn Bhd, as well as the Independent Non-Executive Director of IJM Construction Sdn Bhd, Insitu Envirotech Pte Ltd, Insitu Envirotech (S.E. Asia) Pte Ltd and Insitu Envirotech (HK) Limited.
