Yang Mulia Raja Tan Sri Dato Seri Aman was appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 21 April 2006. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a Certified Public Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers Malaysia. He held various positions in Maybank Group from 1974 to 1985 prior to joining Affin Bank Berhad in 1985 as an Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He left Affin Bank Berhad in 1992 to join Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad as the CEO for one year. He was reappointed as CEO of Affin Bank Berhad in 1995 and retired in 2003.

Yang Mulia Raja Tan Sri Dato Seri Aman also sits on the board of Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad and Affin Hwang Asset Management Berhad as their Chairman. He is a board member of Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad and serves as the Chairman for the Investment Panel of Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera.

He does not have any family relationship with any director and/or major shareholder of the Company.
