Dato' Adi obtained a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Mara Shah Alam in 1984 and a Bachelor in Engineering (Hons) Civil Engineering from Brighton Polytechnic United Kingdom in 1987. Subsequently in 1999, he obtained a Master of IT in Business from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside.
Working Experience
From July 1984 to July 1985, Dato' Adi worked with Pahang State Development Corporation as a Technical Assistant. He moved on to Perunding Budiman Sdn. Bhd. as a Resident Engineer from 1987 to 1989. In 1989, Dato' Adi joined Pembinaan Ratim Sdn. Bhd. as a Project Engineer and in 1990, he was with Bescorp Corporation Sdn. Bhd. holding the position as Project Manager. From 1992 to 1996, he was appointed to the post of Project Director of Bescorp Corporation Sdn. Bhd., Bescorp Geotechnique Sdn. Bhd. and Bescorp Piling Sdn. Bhd.
