Working Experience
Mr Tung Kum Hon ("Mr Tung") has more than 15 years of experience in public accountancy, business advisory and transaction services with PricewaterhouseCoopers Hong Kong and Malaysia, and KPMG Singapore. He was formerly the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Bellzone Mining Plc (AIM), Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Shanghai Asia Holdings Ltd, Chief Operating Officer of Bintang Malewar Group of Companies, Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance and Development and Special Assistant to the Executive Chairman of New Toyo International Holdings Ltd, the ultimate holding company of Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad ("TWPH"). 

Mr Tung was also a Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Investment and Finance Committee of TWPH until 7 June 2012. 

He is currently an Executive Director and CEO of Geo Energy Resources Ltd, a company listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange.
