Mr. Tan Poay Teik was appointed as the Company's Chief Operating Officer on 1 June 2005. His responsibilities include strategic business development, management and co-ordination of the administration, marketing, production operations of T H Hin Group. Mr. Tan was an Independent Non Executive Director of London Biscuits Berhad ("LBB"). He also served as a member of the Audit Commitee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee of LBB.

Mr. Tan has over 20 years of working experience in the food processing industry especially dealing in confectionery. He holds directorships in several private limited companies.
