He was the Chairman of Computer Forms (Malaysia) Berhad from 1999 to 15 July 2005. He was also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KUB Malaysia Berhad and several other companies with the KUB Malaysia Group from 1 June 1994 to 15 July 2005. He is the founder of Institute Pengajian Tinggi Adabi, which metamorphosised into Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR) in 1991.
