Mr. Tan Hock Chye holds a Master of Business Administration (Honors) from Oklahoma City University (USA) and has attended the Harvard Premier Business Management Program. 

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He has more than 35 years of management and financial experience spanning across several industries including retailing, manufacturing, publishing, offshore marine transportation, fast moving consumer goods, industrial goods and hospitality. Previously, he had held several senior management positions in his former employments.  He is also a Council Member of PIKOM, the National ICT Association of Malaysia.
