Dato' Yeoh Seok Hong was appointed to the board of YTL Corporation Berhad on 19 June 1985 as an executive director. He has been an executive director of YTL Power International Berhad since 18 October 1996. He is also a director of YTL Land & Development Berhad since 10 May 2001 and YTL e-Solutions Berhad since 26 April 2000. Dato' Yeoh Seok Hong has vast experience in the construction industry, being the Executive Director responsible for the YTL Group's construction division. He was the project director responsible for the development and construction of the two Independent Power Producer power stations owned by YTL Power Generation Sdn Bhd. He continues to be actively involved in the construction activities of the YTL Group, his most recent project being the construction of the Express Rail Link between the Kuala Lumpur International Airport and Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station, and is also responsible for developing the power and utility businesses of the YTL Power International Berhad Group.
