Working Experience
Mr Koay was attached with Minconsult Sdn Bhd from 1979 to 1984. He joined Bridgecon Engineering Sdn Bhd in 1984 as a Project Manager in charge of contract administration and site management for various construction projects until his promotion as a Senior Project Coordinator and subsequently to his appointment as an Executive Director of Bridgecon Holdings Berhad from 1994 to March 1997. Mr Koay has been involved in the construction industry for the last 29 years in which he has gained extensive exposure in the construction sector.
