As Managing Director of Capital Markets in Amcorp Group Berhad ("Amcorp"), he has successfully led a broad range of corporate finance, restructuring and funding exercises during his 24 year tenure. Prior to joining Amcorp, Mr. Lum was with Southern Bank Berhad from 1987 to 1994 working in various capacities from operations to corporate banking.

He was a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of ECM Libra Financial Group Berhad and Director of ECM Libra Investment Bank Berhad from 2008 till 2013 and 2012 respectively.
